Edan Pinkas, a founding partner of Friedberg Pinkas PLLC, specializes in residential and commercial real estate representation. Working with many top New York City brokers, he represents clients ranging from first-time home buyers to seasoned developers.
After graduating from SUNY Binghamton, Edan attended Brooklyn Law School, earning his J.D. in 2004. Having worked in the New York market since the beginning of his career, Edan is familiar with all aspects of co-op, condo, commercial and leasing transactions, and is a frequent speaker at brokerage firms on such topics as financing contingencies, artist-in-residence buildings, building financial review and due diligence. He has been quoted in numerous publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Brick Underground, Resident Magazine, and The Real Deal.
Edan, like his wife and two children, is a diehard Knicks and Yankees fan. In his free time he plays tennis and basketball and pursues interests in architecture and history. He is fluent in Hebrew.
