The firm was founded in 1999, and in the years thereafter, changed substantially. Under its original name, Friedberg Greener Cohen LLP, the firm practiced general real estate law, banking, trusts and estates, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and general corporate law. Over the years its structure, as well as its practice areas, changed, and the firm slowly grew.
Firm growth continued partly by way of partners and practice areas changes. The firm ceased practicing Trusts and Estates law in the mid 2000s, and also ceased practicing Bankruptcy and Litigation as the economy revitalized in the post-2008 economic downturn. Replacing these practice areas were the growing residential real estate, commercial real estate, lending, leasing, and corporate formation practice areas. In 2011, the firm formally became "Friedberg Pinkas PLLC", and now focuses on providing expert legal services in these specific areas. The firm's diverse and numerous clientele evidence its past successes and future potential.
In the past, fast, reliable, and responsive attorney-client communication drove successful engagements. Trust and relationships formed; communication and productivity improved and clients' goals were usually achieved. As such, upon solidifying as "Friedberg Pinkas PLLC" in 2011, the firm established its core principles and values to consistently provide such services.
Be thorough, committed, persistent, careful, and reliable for all legal services and in all client relationships.
